    About Me
I am a former middle school science teacher from the Midwest who is slowly working on building her Gator skin! My role in the Admissions Office involves supervising our Student Admissions Officers as well as working with prospective students and families. I love the outdoors and the mountains, and was lucky enough to get married in Grand Teton National Park earlier this year!

    Favorite Campus Location

The Reitz Union. The Union is the heart of campus, containing more students resources than any other location.

    Favorite UF Fun Fact
Have you heard about the half million bats that live in our Bat Houses on campus? You can see the bats emerge after sunset on calm, warming evenings to feast on the mosquitoes and bugs that live at Lake Alice across the street.

    Admissions Advice
Be honest in every aspect of your application. We aren't looking for cookie cutter students, so it's important to be honest with us about who you are and what you bring to our diverse student population. You don't need to come up with a sob story for your essay or participate in any particular activity to get admitted, you just need to express your story in the most honest and thorough way possible. Also, don't forget to pay attention to all directions and information we send you about the application! Showing us you can follow directions and meet deadlines goes a long way in the admissions process.

    For Students
Experience UF by touring our campus (virtually) and by attending a virtual info session led by current students or one of our admissions representatives. Register here.
